The Adventure Diver course is a subset of the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course, The PADI Adventures in Diving course provides divers with a structured means to explore special diving interests and gain dive experience. Once comfortable with basic skills, divers want to conquer new tasks, see different creatures, journey into diverse environments and experience new adventures.
Because divers look for convenience and flexibility in continuing their diving education, the program allows divers to choose the dives that interest them and to sample activities under instructor guidance. Some divers may choose to make only one Adventure Dive. Others may want additional recognition and complete several dives like AWARE - Fish Identification, Boat Adventure Dive, Deep Adventure Dive, Digital Underwater Photography, Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV) Adventure Dive, Drift Adventure Dive, Enriched Air Adventure Dive, Multilevel and Computer Adventure Dive, Night Adventure Dive, Peak Performance Buoyancy Adventure Dive, Search and Recovery Adventure Dive, Sidemount Adventure Dive, Underwater Naturalist Adventure Dive, Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive, Underwater Photography Adventure Dive, Wreck Adventure Dive, Adventure Dive to earn an Adventure Diver or complete 5 dives includes deep dive and Navigation dive to earn Advanced Open Water Diver certification.

You can choose what you’re most interested in learning. Need to work on your buoyancy skills? Try the Peak Performance Buoyancy Adventure Dive. Want to know what you’re looking at down there? Try the AWARE - Fish Identification or Underwater Naturalist Adventure Dives. You’ll plan your path with your instructor, go over what you need to know and dive in quickly.
After completing the three dives you will gain your certificate and you will be qualified to:

To enroll in a PADI Adventure Diver course you must be PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers who are at least 10 years old. You need adequate swimming skills and need to be in good physical health. No prior experience with scuba diving is required.
